You should give stage 1 formula. You can try other formula but should be stage 1. Breast milk is the best and sufficient if available.

Hello lybrate-user ji, lactogen 1 is the first stage formula milk and it is for 0-6 months baby ,and lactogen 2 is second stage formula milk and it is for after 6 month baby. So you can't give lactogen 2 to your baby. If possible then try to give breastfeeding.

Lactogen1 or enfamil a+1.up to 6 months. Stage 2 after 6 months. Starting lactogen 2 will be bad for baby's kidneys, because of high solute loads. Not recommended. Exclusive breast feeding is preferable. Enfamil a+1 has good dha. It's recommended.
