Side effects are like any minor surgery- blleding, infection, anesthesia complications, occassionaly severe. If infection occurs (happens in few cases only) and if tubes get blocked difficulty in getting next pregnancy. If trauma to mouth of uterus- small chance of abortion in next pregnancy. If want meet Gynecologist at the earliest
