Hi my baby is now 1 year old, and my breast milk is dropped down so I want to increase breast milk so is it safe now use lactare or not.

lactate capsules will not increase your breast milk now .as your child is 1 year old you should top feed him .breast feed will not fulfill child's nutritional requirements now .should be given 3 solid feeds and 2 fruit feeds
