I feel nausea, vomiting and vertigo whenever I ride on bus and car not in train or boat. I have consulted many doctors they gave many over the counter medicines for motion sickness and I try my best to abide by primary steps such as sitting near the window and front seat, looking forward but no work at all. Please tell me this problem has another treatment without medicine?
