I?m 40 years old female with history of diabetes hypo thyroidism take janumet rx, xigduo, glynexa for diabetes thyroxine, b12 tablets all reports are under control my only concern is I have serious hair loss problem since couple of years tried topical applications minoxidil for 3 years but in vain I consulted dermatologist but of no use prescribed every time minoxidil. Please help with some good medication internally only as I don?t intend to use lotions shampoos anymore as its only aggravating the scalp problem. Please help and advise thank you need.
