Hello sir/mam I am 21 years old. I am facing some skin issues. My scalp have dandruff I think. It's not visible in hairs but it's visible in my nails when I am itching. I don't have any hard itching issues. Also my chest and shoulders have pimples and it's changing to dark spots after days. And face have pimples and dark spots. My face is not smooth. Face skin have micro colourless pimples more in between eyebrows and hair. My skin is highly oily skin. I used ketafung shampoo and vitamin tablets for scalp. Nothing changed more. I spent above 2000/- for doctor fee and medicines. I can't afford in this situation. Also I interested to know about the good and bad foods effecting this issue. Kindly waiting for yours reply. For dandruff you can continue using ketafunga/c win / hair 4 you shampoo (or ny ketoconazole plus zinc pyrithione combination. Twice wkly or every alternate day depending upon the severity. For pimples you can use adapalene benzol perixide/ clindymycin cream, once daily (but that to be used only after proper examination by a dermatolgist after seeing the grade of acne. Avoid oily food and avoid high glycemic diet .avoid sun exposure. U can aslo use facewash (glycolic acid/ salisylic acid combination/ for acne. Take care. Thanks.

From your history it looks like you are having seborrhoea and related acne -because of age and hormonal changes as you have used anti fungal shampoo -and still having fine white dandruff ,it’s more likely because of dryness of scalp due to shampoo -so better you use either a hair conditioner after you use shampoo pimples and dark spots medications and treatment depend upon grade of your illness for black spots a chemical peel may be better food —avoid too much consumption of milk and milk products and oily and fried foods to control seborrhoea and pimples.

Hi! the symptoms ,which you are suffering from folliculitis scalp. This is a very chronic problem ,which takes a longer time to resolve. Internal health like diabetes, hypercholestrolemia, atopy ,obesity, diet, stress etc can be associated with folliculitis scalp. All these pimples are due to dandruff only. Do oiling overnite. Apply kevon lotion on your scalp in morning and wash thoroughly after 15 minutes. Repeat this for thrice a week. Don't apply any oil or serum after washing your scalp.
