My question was, can I use melanocyl ointment in and on my lips. There was any side effect to use it on lip for vitiligo.

1st thing is that melanocyl can cause pain, burning, itching, redness, swelling and rarely blisters. 2nd thing is it's response is very poor for lips, fingers, toes, hands and feet. You can try tacrolimus ointment two time in a day and lip balm but I suggest you to go to dermatologist and take proper treatment.

Hi. Melanocyl ointment usually causes burning and not suitable to use on mucosal areas like lip. Considering the safety other treatment options should be planned like tacrolimus 0.1 percent. Thanks.
