I am a 22 years old female with a lump at the down right side of my throat, that moves when I swallow. Lump is soft and not painful. But sometimes having a right side neck and ear pain. Also feeling of small hard stones in throat when I drink water. Please help I am tensed if its a cancer. I don't smoke. .� it all started when I gave birth I had pain in my chest and back and also burning sensation in my throat, and I was given cimetidine and erythromycin ,the lump went down a little bit but still there when I swallow. But a lot of abnormal burping. Please help.
