I am 21 years old male from hyderabad and met with an accident 2 years ago, and suffering from cold since 1 year and was taking various medications like cetrizine and montelukast but didn't got cured from it and recently consultant a doctor and diagnosed as bilateral maxillary ethmoid and sphenoid sinusitis, concha bullosa of bilateral middle turbinates, deviated nasal septum to the left side, mild hypertrophy of right inferior nasal turbinates and I want to go for the best treatment.
