Should be started from day1- day 25, but ask the dosages from your Gynec only. This is a hormone . You should not be taking it on advise of a Gynec who has never met you

If you are trying for pregnancy you need to have serial follicular monitoring study in which the endometrium thickness will be assessed and dose adjusted accordingly. Til seeds are said to be beneficial in increasing endometrial thickness, you can try that aswell.
