1st you should find out what disease or problem is responsible for your alopecia. Don’t use fungicide lotion unnecessary. Consult to dermatologist and he will decide what is reason of this problem and he will treat accordingly.

Hi. There are various causes of hair fall (like genetic environmental neutritional etc. The cause of your hair fall need to find out first and can be treated accordingly. Fungicide lotion (shampoo for 3 mints twice in a week) wil take care of your dandruff (fungal infection) only and can't treat alopecia alone. Visit dermatolgist. Thanks.

No. Single lotion won't help you to treat alopecia. Rather it's incomplete treatment. Few blood test are mandatory before going in for alopecia treatment.
