I Am 20years old male. In my private area between thighs and scrotum and also on the pennis shaft one pimple like swellings on each area are observed from 2 days. Also I did not masturbated from 20 days and my left testicle is little bit down sagging more than right one but I do not have any pain in scrotum. Is this due to unhygienic diet or any other reason? Is it important for immediate checkup?

pimple is due to unhygine..and sweat accumulation there... wash it properly while bathing...left testes down is completely normal
