Please tell what this report mean. Can I come away from this and get conceived again without any complications. My husband loves babies a lot I just can give him a best gift in life is his baby so please explain. I had a miscarriage currently and my baby is getting aborted due to below report/reason. Report details "a single intrauterine gestation with a crown length if 25. 1 mm is seen corresponding to 9 weeks 2 days fetal cardiac activity is not seen gestation sac has granulated margins. There is 10*28*9 mm sized subchronic hematoma is noted in the left lateral wall decidual reaction is satisfactory internal os is closed there is two endometrial cavity noted with gestation sac in the left cornea -? Separate/bicornuate uterus cervical length: 3.0 cms adnexa are free.
