I am 24 years old had weight around 80 kg whenever I get out of bed sole of my feet feels pain for first 10- 15 steps a doctor asked me to check uric acid level I had checked it twice once reading was 5.8 mg/l & then 6 mg/l.doctor has put me in a doubt. Someone asked me the pain is due to overweight because I don?t have pain in any joints of feet .after that I reduced my weight to 66 kg now pain is reduced drastically. It was acute pain in sole of my feet only hurts when ever stand for long time of 4-5 hours or whenever I get out of bed in morning it hurts only for 10-15 steps. After reducing weight & doing stretching exercises and cycling the pain issue is solved 90-95 %.but I am in doubt that was it uric acid pain or planter fasciitis pain?
