I have sensing same bad foul smell for everything like food or anything for a week. So I used metaspray 2 puffs twice daily and cognix plus tab, mostly tab and neurobaplus capsule for 15 days. Now my smell improved. My ct scan of paranasal sinuses -plain impression: no evidence of sinusitis mild to moderate deviation of nasal septum to right. Bilateral moderate inferior _turbinate hypertrophy_. Is scan report normal or do I need to continue same tabs and metaspray 2 puffs twice daily? Or no need of tabs it recover naturally? Note: I have hypothyroid using 75 mg daily and also using 1 tension tab and 1 tab serocare sertraline tab.
