My clear question was how to react after the snake bite. Let's suppose I am bitten by king cobra. Then, usually I am left with 0.5-1 hr time before I die. And, all the time we are not so lucky to reach to doctor if I am living in remote areas. So, what all immediate measure shall I take from this mishap to happen. Next, what could be the possible medicine that I might keep to avoid such situation. Also, if I don't know which snake has bitten (poisonous/non-poisonous) then how to decide my medicine.

The only definitive treatment is to get the patient to the nearest emergency for asv which which is available. Do not give the patient any alcohol but reassure the patient that they will be fine. Try to identify the snake or kill it and take it along so after identification of the snake, proper treatment can be given regarding the action of the toxin. Do not tie a tourniquet as it will restrict blood flow and immobilize the limb or which ever bitten part. Reassurance always works as the patient will be very anxious and nervous. Do not suck on the wound as it has no effect once the venom reaches the blood stream.
