I have developed dry skin (with very light white flakes on the periphery) near my thighs which is growing towards my rear. It itches and I have also developed an itching near my abdomen which has led to a dark spot. Kindly, help. I have tried using keto cream, but the results were good initially, but once, I stopped it happened again and now the cream is having no effect whatsoever.
