Tonight her feet were exceptionally swollen and when pressed on with a finger once weren't coming back out. The swelling increased within last 2 hours, this has happened in the past a few times and went away. She hasn't really been exercising or working out. What should I do? I plan on beginning a speed walking routine everyday from tomorrow onwards for her. I wasn't present here when her diabetes got this worse and now that I am here I want to help her get better. What should I do?

Good evening she is having uncontrolled diabetes and renal failure which was expected. Could have been prevented if her blood sugars were monitored properly. Now that complication has started its difficult to manage at home. She requires hospitalization till her complications and sugars get to near normal. Latter you need an diabetes education who shall monitor for rest of her life. All the best please take here to a multidisciplinary hospital who can take better care of her.
