Hi, I can understand your frustration. You have major anxiety issues. I would suggest you to take some cognitive behaviour therapy sessions from a good psychotherapist. Also you need to practice relaxation techniques. While writing exams you become result oriented so you loose focus from the process i.e. The anxiety on that time captures your mind and you can not concentrate on the paper. Cbt will help you immensely in reducing your anxiety. For further help you may contact me. I provide online counseling also.

You are suffering from examination anxiety, which is not related to the performance in exam. You had set certain expectations which might be unrealistic. No matters what you are doing in life. While preparing for neet exam if you are not able to maintain your mental as well as physical health whatever you will get in future or no guarantee what will happen. Think for some alternative option and make a timeline. Don't spent many years in the same process. Think out of the box and take help of a psychologist whom you can approach for face to face counseling. Change the phrases like, I want to crack the neet' try hard for the same last time with all energy and confidence can be build up with cbt as required for you or cognitive drill therapy. Cognitive defusion can also help.
