I'm 25 years old. Being diagnosed for pcod since last 4 years. I missed my period for the month of august ans lmc- 28 july 2020. I took home pregnancy test but they were negative. Also took blood beta hcg test it was less then 2 miu/ml. Took regestrone and got periods on 26 september 2020. Is there anything to me worried about? I haven't got my period for the month of october as on 25th. Wasn't sexually active after the last periods.

Nothing to worry about. Since you have PCOS, ovulation could be erratic and hence periods can be irregular.
