Keloid got infection 3 times within 1 year .the latest is tomorrow in my same chest keloid where it infected 2 times .a little area got reddish ,with pus inside .last time dermatologist prescribed mb gel ointment .and oral anti biotic .what should I do now to get rid of infection in keloid? Please advice.
