I am using cipla sebowash shampoo for the last 7-8 months without consulting a dermatologist for dandruff itching problem. Now, I came to know that it contains steroids. I was using it thrice in a week. Though my itching problem has been resolved, but I am very worried that I had used it for a long time unknowingly. What should I do? Once a doctor prescribed it for my mother as she was suffering from dandruff and itching problem. She is still using it but once in a month. Should I stop using it? Please suggest.
