Im having mild fever of 99.4 to 100. 4f from last 3 months (20july 2020 till today 26oct 2020) besides this I don't have any cold cough or any pain anywhere in the body. My cbp, blood culture sensitivity test urine culture test, widal test, mountex test, esr, hrctscan of chest, lft test all test reports & everything is coming normal and fine. That's why doctors r not able to find any reason of fever. But last year march 2019 ultrasound and ctsacn of abdomen was done in that report right mild hydronephrosis came but after consulting the urologist the doctor said as there was no fever, no stone, no calculi, no blood clot, no uric acid, no symptoms and nothing so he said it might be due to more intake of water consumption before the abdomen scanning so he did my scanning by without water consumption then he said no need to worry abt kidney everything is fine no need of any treatment. So my question is now i'm not able to understand then what's wrong why am I getting this fever now? Because if I take any medicine like paracetamol or antibiotic then my temp shoots up instead of getting down? If im in resting position then my temp stays normal but if I get up from bed and do some kind of work then im getting fever? please doctor tell me why am I getting this fever? Is my problem related to kidney or anything else? please suggest me which doctor should I consult now? Is mild hydronephrosis a serious problem?
