I am having respiratory tract infections and I did ct scan of thorax. And in the report it is showing that i'm having an oval hypodense lesion in the splenic hilar region what that means?

Most liver metastases are hypovascular and as a result are hypodense on ct in comparison with normal liver parenchyma during the portal venous phase (pvp).
