My mother has been diagnosed with h pylori and fatty pancreas. Colonoscopy reveals internal hemorrhoids. Endoscopy reveals erosive antral gastritis. Issue is I have consulted two doctors for the same issue. Both of them has prescribed 5 medicine each with one medicine in common which is ecodorm- the probiotic. Patient is currently having medicine of 1st doctor as I understand mixing two prescription might cause damage. Patient is currently having rozo-d, econorm, pantocid and sucral from 1st prescription. I just wanted an opinion if patient can take pankreoflat and mebiz from 2nd prescription along with these? Are they necessary? Kindly help me with your advice.
