I am from bangalore. I was diagnosed with lean pcod when I was 16 years old. I took ocp for almost 2 years. Diagnosed with fibroadenoma and duct ectasia in the breast and cystitis in kidney. I have hirsutism as well. Severe back pain for few days for which i'm taking vitamin tablets. My cortisol level is very low. I am not taking any medications currently. Please do suggest me a diet and also I would like to know. I take a lot of tension and have stress. My heart rate is high that is 115 to 120 beats per minute. Is that a problem?
