I am a 35 years old woman, I have severe bloating and gas in the stomach ,slight pain and also burning sensation in stomach on consuming food, no diarrhoea. I did meet the doctor, I was prescribed pantoprazole, also spasmomen, dompy and xifaxan 20 mg, I did not take any of the pills except for pantoprazole for 6 days as I understand these medications are for ibs but no tests for ibs were done, I did a blood test for c- reactive protein, value is 0.40. I am getting relief only for few hours after consuming pantoprazole, and gas and bloating is becoming a part of my life for weeks now. What further tests need to be done, please advise,
