Hi. I am a 40 year old male and been on diabetes tablets since 10 years. Over the last one year, I have noticed that sometimes I don't get erection at all, sometimes I feel a little pain in my libido and I get a feeling that there is not enough inside for discharge. I wanted to check if I can take angus castus or selenium metallicum for regaining proper erection and being able to go for multiple times even after penile discharge I also wanted to know if I could use caverject impulse for one time use can you suggest these or any medicine that I can use as currently even if I get erection, I ejaculate too soon and then I can't get an erection again the same day I walk daily for 45 mins and currently my sugar is under control with fasting at 120. My weight is 78 with a height of 5'9 I work in night shifts and long hours so I do have sleep issues at times and I do feel tired and my eyes burns a little on occasions while I try to control above scenario, looking for some medication without side effects to resolve this issue.
