My wife aged about 27 facing a hard pain while she go for motion from past one month this was from past 2 years some time it used to pain and some physicians advice to take cremaffin syrup and it?s was fine but now if she takes syrup also no use am worried it could be piles pls advice.

As it can be either piles or fissure in ano. If she has bright red color blood in stool then it must be fissure and if brown color blood then it be piles. Now I am subscribe some medicine then cure both piles and fissure 1. Drink plenty of fluids - to make stool soft 2. Daily walking for 1-2 hrs to avoid constipation 3. Hot sitz bath 3-4 times daily 4. Continue syrup cremaffin plus 5. Tablet deflon 500 mg 2 tablets 3 times for first 4 days 1 tablet 2 times for next 3 days 1 tablet for 1 month time 6. Anobliss ointment for local application 3-4 times per day.
