My daughter is 5 years old from two days shes got high fever, stomach pain and headache. She vomits anything we feed her. What should I do?

avoid to feed her. give her syp. emeset 5 ml twice a day. syp. crocin 5 ml thrice a day. syp. meftal spas 5 ml twice a day. give her juice, coconut water, lassi for one day. feeding try on next day.
