This is due to spasm of neck muscles duebto over stretching. And postural pain. Do regular neck muslr exercises slowly and gradually no jerky movement of neck. You can take the help of physiotherapist. Keep your vertebrae in normal position sit erect and stand erect. To avoid these postural problems.
