Report says a left cp angle tumor of 3.72.72.2 mm.dr said it may be vestibular schwannoma. They asked about hearing n examined gait. But he can properly hear from both d ear. When he gets headache he feels a type of weakness in left leg. For that Dr. said the symptom is not related to the lesion. Plss confirm whether it is meningioma or schwannoma.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you. Meningiomas tend to be broad based, eccentric to the internal auditory canal, and often have adjacent dural enhancement (dural tails). Vestibular schwannomas usually involve and are centered on the internal auditory canal, are more rounded, and rarely have adjacent dural enhancement. Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
