Hi, my mother was feeling dizzy yesterday. She went to her physician. He said was vertigo and prescribed vertin and vitamin tablets. He also suggested to to ecosprin for a month. Is it required to take ecosprin for vertigo?

How old is your mother? Ecospirin is not given for vertigo. Vertigo is a diagnosis made by ent specialists. Vertin is a vestibular suppressant. Giving vertin for vertigo is like giving paracetamol for fever. None of the above will address the root cause but will keep suppressing the nerves!
