Hi, today (01 dec 2020) I came to know that I have pcod. Doctor prescribed bigomet250 and folic tablets for 30 days. Did anyone has taken/prescribed same medications, any suggestions about south indian vegetarian diet plan, what is the next steps on contact and any other suggestions. Ps: I am already getting treated for hypothyroidism currently I have tsh 3.8.
