My biopsy says: - section examined shows epidermis with orthokeratosis, follicular plugging surface plasma exuduation, focal flattering of rate ridges, basal layer vascular degeneration with lymphocytic exocytosis, stratum corneum shows few dermatophytic, the underlying papillary dermis shows pigment incontinence, mild perivascular and periadexal inflammatory infiltrate comprising of lymphocytes plasma cells along with collagen bundles and hyalinsation ,periadnexal fibrosis present lichen planus pigmentosa with superficial dermatophytosis. Plzzzz someone explain me. I am having psoriasis also.
