Hi. Yes you can take but ashokarista alone cann't give you the desirable result. For the pcos there is proper treatment and specific drugs that will give you best result without any sideffect like harmonal therapy.

Pcod needs a multipronged approach for best results. Just taking ashokaristha is not going to cure your problem. I feel you should contact a doctor locally or take online consultation.
