If you feel ok with 6 hours sleep, then no problem. Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. Hi lybrate-user, its good that you started taking your health seriously and took a step towards healthy eating. But still it needs some modification. Like try to include good quality protein in your breakfast. Have nuts first thing in the morning. After that instead of salad have 1 fruit and have salad before your meals. Since you are have reduced your calories you might not feel full even after having your meals this could be the reason of disturbed sleep. Other reason could be any kind of stress or increased physical activity. It can be ruled out only after detailed discussion. For now you can have any kind of sleep inducing tea like chamomile or few cashews (2-3 nos) an hour before going to sleep.
