She has to follow hygienic diet plans as we plan for oncology patients with lots of proteins, carbohydrate low fat, minerals and vitamins. Means she can take cooked leafy vegetables, hygienically cleaned fruits if counts are normal, sprouts, jaggery if non diabetic. You can consume nonveg but avoid red meat, non spicy, and adequately cooked. Counts will improve with time.
