One dose is okay. Stop repeating. High dosage of vit a will harm if not careful.

Hi Lybrate user, bevon 5 ml suspension contains multivitamins and micronutrients suitable a weight range between 10 to 20 kg. A 3 year old child is expected to be more than 10 kg normally, so there should be nothing to worry.
