I had done a kidney transplant patient 3 years ago. I am using tacrolimus drug for anti rejection of kidney. Yesterday I did tacrolimus drug level test and the result came 2.4ug/l.is it normal range or what is the normal range of tacrolimus level after 3 years of kidney transplant.

Medical science is not like maths. 3 years post transplant a tac level less than 5 ng/ml is acceptable. However your treating nephrologist is in a best position to decide that since higher levels may be aspired for if there has been a recent rejection. Talk and discuss with your nephrologist.
