I am suffering with pmbcl non gcb cancer stage 1b. Already taken 4 cycle of chemo nd 2 r remaining. R-chop (vincristine 1.5 mg doxorubicin 35 mg etoposide 180 mg diluting in 500 ml ns given with the speed of 10 ml per hour from day 2 to day 5, rituximab 375 mg first day. Cyclophosphamide 750 mg day 6) please advise whether it is a wright treatment. My age is 43 male.

Hello. Regimen given this way is known as r dose adjusted epoch and not r chop. I will not comment on dosages as it will be decided by treating oncologist based on patient tolerance. Typically after completing such 6 cycles. After a gap of at least 2 months. We do a repeat pet ct scan to assess response and rule of any additional role of any therapy. Thank you.
