Hi docs kind attention needed! (happy new year to all) patient history:- after oct/19 I had started to feel slight burning sensation before/after micturition/ejaculation but that was just for few minutes hardly 2 times/month and I neglected it. Later in 2020 since feb/20 it started to get worst and the burning sensation got worst whenever it triggers burn like hell no peace or comfort in any position for 1-2 hrs. But only 3-4 times each month. Diagnosis & treatment:- in may/20 I felt excruciating pain and after doing usg I was diagnosed with right kidney stone in upper pole measuring 3.6 mm along with cystitis. Also did full body test in which everything was normal but vitamin-d level was very low 8.9. My questions are is vit-d deficiency linked with kidney stone by any means? Is cystitis was caused by kidney stone part passing when I had felt excruciating pain with testicular pain? Do I require further diagnosis? What's your view on this case doctors?
