I am 17 year old and I frequently see blood in my stool from 3-4 months. What are the reasons and is there anything too serious? How can I manage this?

Hi lybrate-user, I need more details. Are experiencing any pain while passing blood? If so it might be due to anal fissure. Painless bleeding - most commonly internal haemorrhoids / polyp, solitary rectal ulcer etc. Is there any history of digital evacuation /constipation etc?
