I recently had a wound on my face and it was very dark at first and then the scab peeled off and then my face was pinkish red for some time and then suddenly it started getting darker and now it looks like I have a dark brown mole on my face and I was wondering if that wound was going to scar or not because the wound was?t deep so please let me know if the wound will scar or if not then how long will it take for the wound to go back to my skin color.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you. A minor wound like a cut will usually heal to leave a raised line, which will gradually fade and flatten over time. This process can take up to 2 years. The scar will not disappear completely and you'll be left with a visible mark or line. Fine-line scars are common following a wound or after surgery. Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
