I am 33 years old. Previously june 2019 and again last september 2020 I had a brain stroke (blood bleeding in brain) due to high b.p. These two times I had recovered very fast in a week and was able to do my own work. I am following medication. At present I am doing exercise home workouts. My question is like can I go to gym in future and do hi it workouts? Or is there any treatment you would suggest me. Will there be any problem if I do so.

You are quite young at 33 years of age having two cva with high blood pressure is very much worrysome. You have to be very careful in this regard. Apart from controlling your blood pressure ,you have to have a good lifestyle management .in my opinion apart from regular blood pressure check, blood f cholesterols, blood sugar ,you have to have a work up for any sort of cerebral vasculitis, any vascular malformations like aneurysm etc.
