Just 10 days before in usg it shows prostate appears in normal size & pvru is 150 cc. & doctor gave prostagard d8 tab & now in todays usg kub it shows that prostate is enlarged in size, normal in echotexture. No evidence of any focal lesion is seen. Grade I prostatomegaly (23gms), prevoid vol 150 ml, post void vol 41 ml. Is it treatable via medication or surgery is the only option. Age is 57 & just 75 days ago gallbladder perforated with open surgery. & this problem started just 30 days ago when got cavity positive & they treated with rantac. And also gallbladder wound is not filled completely due to this.
