I have tested his 1gg is positive and it values is 4.10.i have white coated on my tongue .what I should I need to do please any advice to over come this feelings.

White coated tongue could be due to infection, irritation, or chronic inflammation eg oral thrush, leukoplakia. Oral hygiene issues. Etc. Detailed report required.
