My age is 21. I drink raw goat milk on january 2 & 3 in morning. After that loose motion on january 4 one episode. I met the md doctor on january 5.he give a injection and medicine ciprofloxacin and lactobacillus tablet and bacillus clausii spore suspension for 3 days. Whether it cause any major issues? Whether I free from infection now? Whether I need any additional medicine and treatment?

These medicines won't cause any major issues. If your symptoms are relieved then you are free from infection but you have to complete the antibiotic course as prescribed. You don't need other medications unless you develop any new symptoms.
