Respected sir/madam, I am r b sah (male) while toilet (latrine) I am feeling very much pain while coming out, it is containing blood also with lots of pain, and my wife's problem is that while latrine she is having only blood without pain from yesterday, we both are having piles (hemorrhoids), please suggest sir both of us what treatment wee must have to get rid of this.
