I have the problem of frequent urination. After I have sex or after menstruation. I continuously have urge to urinate. I have consulted many doctors, urologists, gynecologist. Even homeopathic doctors. But nothing has helped me. I am right now taking medicine named soliten. Earlier I have taken medicine named pentium, urispas, oxybutynin. But nothing helped. Please help. I even had my diabetes test. That is normal. Then teat for stone is normal. I do not have a stone, I had even ultrasound done, and everything is normal. Please help. I can not find any doctor who can solve my problem.

Hello, you had used all medicine. Now you can try plevic muscle excersize which strengthen your bladder muscle so problem slowly decrease. Continue medicine even. How to do? Try to tight anus n hold as long as you can. Than relax take deep breath again do it. This can be done even when you r in work. Once you develop the habbit.

Dear lybrate-user, from your symptoms it appears that you may have urethral syndrome. This is often because of urethral stenosis. I assume you had a urine culture done and it was negative. You need to consult a urologist and check a post void residual urine. If there is significant residue you may heed urethral dilatation. Check your blood sugars also as the problem is more common in diabetics
